B2C Return Policy

 Returns are possible within 14 days. A return can be requested via info@saldemarbella.com or by post to our address (see website). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

B2B Shipping & Return Conditions

 For B2B orders, separate shipping conditions apply. Our goal is to always offer you, as our customer, the best and most efficient logistics solutions, both locally in Marbella and nationally and internationally.

 

B2B Return Policy

Returns are possible within 14 days, provided the product is unopened.

If an item is damaged, dented, leaking, incorrectly delivered, or does not match the order, it can of course be returned. In such cases, please contact our customer service at info@saldemarbella.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide an appropriate solution.

 

When Is a Product Not Eligible for Return?

As these are food products, items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. Returns are only accepted in case of damage and if the product is unopened.
