Shipping is carried out via Correos. Shipping rates are determined by Correos and may change over time. Personal data is shared with both the Sendcloud system and the Correos system in accordance with our/their applicable privacy policies.
B2C Shipping Costs (Website)
B2C shipping costs on our website apply to all countries available in our webshop. Different rates apply depending on the destination.
Currently (started from 5/1/2025), a promotion applies: for orders over €150 in products purchased on our website, we cover the shipping costs. In this case, shipping is free for the customer.
B2C Delivery Times
- Spain (domestic): 2–5 business days
- Portugal: 4–5 business days
- Germany: 4–5 business days
- Austria: 4–7 business days
- Belgium: 4–7 business days
- Luxembourg: 4–7 business days
- Netherlands: 4–7 business days
- Italy: 6–8 business days
- Sweden: 6–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–10 business days
- Finland: 8–12 business days
- Greece: 8–12 business days
The delivery timeframes listed above are based on information provided by our parcel courier, Correos.
Based on experience, actual delivery times may be shorter or longer in practice due to various external factors. We always do our utmost to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
International Shipping Outside Europe (B2C)
International shipping outside Europe is available upon request only. Customers can contact our customer service at info@saldemarbella.com for more information. This also applies to countries that are not (yet) active on our website.
Large or Voluminous Orders (Bulk Orders)
For large or voluminous products, an additional surcharge may apply. This mainly concerns bulk orders and large quantities. In such cases, our customer service will prepare a customized shipping plan and price quotation for the specific order.
Delivery Time
Products that are in stock are prepared for shipment within a few hours and are almost always shipped on the same day. Delivery times vary per country and correspond to the number of business days indicated per destination.
Not at Home During Delivery
If you are not at home or unable to accept the delivery, our courier partner Correos will contact you. The package will be temporarily stored and another delivery attempt will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to the sender.
