Our Flor de Sal is sourced from a small, family-owned producer in Andalusia, where generations of expertise are dedicated to capturing the most delicate expression of sea salt. Formed naturally on the surface of the salt pans, these fragile crystals are the first to appear and can only be harvested under perfect weather conditions.

This rare layer is carefully skimmed by hand, using traditional methods and without the use of machinery. The process is entirely dependent on sun, wind, and timing, making each harvest limited and truly seasonal.
